When craving sweet treats, let these homemade Chocolaty Bread Brownies come to your rescue! Make it more exciting with caramel & hazelnut chocolate or Strawberry syrup & wafer toppings.
The Chocolaty Bread Brownies are a superb way to start the mornings! These can work as breakfast, yummy snacks, and desserts too.
- 10-12 Bread Slices (preferably an-inch thickness)
- 1 cup of milk
- ½ cup of Whipped Cream
- ¼ cup of softened Butter
- 2 Tablespoons of Raw Sugar
- A teaspoon of Vanilla
- A pinch of Pink Table Salt
- ¾ cup of Chocolate Syrup
- 4 Eggs

Steps to Cook the Chocolaty Bread Brownies
Step 1: Take a baking tray (13*9 inches approx.) and grease it all over (the bottom as well as the sides). Place the bread slices side by side in the greased tray.
Step 2: Pour the milk in a small-sized pan and put in on the stove at medium-low heat. Add the whipped cream, vanilla, raw sugar, & salt. Mix the ingredients by stirring gently at regular intervals.
Step 3: Once the liquid mixture starts simmering, turn off the stove. Add in the chocolate syrup and mix it again.
Step 4: Break the eggs in a bowl and whisk it for 1-2 minutes. Add the beaten eggs into the pan and mix well. By now, the mixture should have become thick.
Step 5: Pour the chocolate egg mixture in the baking tray on top of the bread. Flip the bread slice and coat the mixture nicely on both sides of the bread.
Step 6: Cover the tray with foil paper/plastic wrap and put it the raw brownies in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Step 7: After taking the tray out of the fridge, let it sit on the kitchen top for 30 minutes at room temperature. Meanwhile, set the oven at 375°F for preheating.
Step 8: Place the baking tray in the oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
