Soba Buckwheat Noodles
Buckwheat is an exceptional food. It tastes like grain, but it’s completely something elset. Buckwheat does not have much to do with wheat or other cereals. Buckwheat seedlings are rich in vital enzymes, vital substances, high-quality minerals and easily digestible proteins. Sprinkle the tasty seedlings in salads and soups or serve them for the cereal, vegetable dishes or as a basic snack for between. Preparation: Cook the noodles in boiling water for about four minutes. Then flush the noodles and drain. The noodles are now ready to be added to your favourite dishes.
